Week #7...I've lost 1.5 more inches but remain at 172 lbs...because I'm passionate about my health and wellness, I will keep pushing through.  I think that I will begin to keep a food diary to see if I can improve on this weight loss journey!

  1. A food diary is a great idea. I have what is called a 'daily action plan' that I write down everthing I eat, it's also a good way to plan out what I'm going to eat if I need to. It keeps me honest and on track. Good luck with the diary - Susan
