Pumpkin Spice Formula 1 shake...205 calories vs at least 300 calories for the Starbuck's version. Also, my shake cost approx. $2 vs at least $4 for the coffee house version...not to mention the superior nutritional value Herbalife offers!  I like to make my shakes with Silk Vanilla Soymilk.
